Ash Lake is the smaller of the two lakes that were constructed as part of the 2004 expansion programme being approximately the same size as Oak lake.
With lush bankside vegetation and small overhanging alders, it has eleven (four disabled) custom built non slip pegs at around 10 yards spacing to ensure that all anglers have ample space to fish the margins, a great summer method here! Ash is dominated by smaller carp (averaging 3-7Lb), Roach, Skimmer Bream & Perch. Reliable baits are bread, maggots, pellets & corn.
